Christmas Day, pre-prawn cocktail

Ingredients:

One slice bread (nicely toasted)
Pate
One mother creating a Christmas Dinner featuring a turkey cooked while wrapped in bacon.

Simply spread the pate on the toast, then as the mother transfers the bird to the sideboard to slice, grab some of that crispy greasy meaty bacon and whack it on your slice.
Place in mouth.
Wonder why this isn't a staple part of every meal.
